West Monroe named a Finalist for the 2014 Association of Management Consulting Firms’ Spotlight Awards

West Monroe Partners, a North American business and technology consulting firm, was recently named a finalist in two categories by the Association of Management Consulting Firms (AMCF) for their 2014 Awards, honoring excellence in consulting. West Monroe along with their client, Wells Fargo, has been selected as a finalist in the “Growth Strategies” category. Additionally, West Monroe has been selected as a finalist in the “Internal Initiatives” category for the firm’s Career Equity and Social Responsibility programs.

The AMCF awards, as described by organization representatives, are presented to firms which “project work best illustrates how consulting teams add value to their clients' organizations and to society at large.” West Monroe has been recognized as a finalist for outstanding client and consulting project service and as an innovator and exemplary performer in the company’s respective categories.

West Monroe’s nomination in the Growth Strategies category is for their work with Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo, one of the top 5 banks in the United States, is a leading provider of financial services to personal banking clients and US middle-market companies.

According to Ken Siegman, director and West Coast Financial Services leader for West Monroe Partners, “we are focused on partnering with clients committed to developing sustainable solutions to their most pressing challenges. Being recognized as an AMCF finalist inspires us to continue to do great things for our clients.”

West Monroe’s nomination in the Internal Initiatives category recognizes two successful programs that support the firm’s focus on personal career planning and social responsibility. “West Monroe’s Career Equity and 1+1+1 programs help our people be more purposeful in realizing their career aspirations and impactful in community service, ” stated Gary Beu, managing director of People and Leadership Development.

The winners of the 2014 AMCF Awards will be honored at gala in New York City on March 27, 2014. To learn more about this organization and the awards process, please visit their website at www.amcf.org.
