West Monroe Partners, a North American business and technology consultancy, today announced that it added more than 60 people to its team in the first six months of 2012 and more than 190 people to its team over the past 18 months. The new hires span all offices, industry teams, and practice specialties. Based on growth and demand projections, the firm expects to add more than 100 people to its team during 2012.

“A variety of market forces, from regulatory changes to globalization, are requiring our clients to adapt and transform their operations in order to thrive,” said Dean Fischer, West Monroe Partners’ president and CEO. “This, in turn, has driven demand across all of our areas of specialty and our need to expand our team significantly and at all levels—from highly experienced industry veterans to new college graduates.”

In 2011, West Monroe Partners enjoyed 28 percent growth in revenues.  Other than in 2009, West Monroe Partners has posted significant revenue growth every year since the firm was founded in 2002. Following 2009, West Monroe rebounded in 2010 with 49 percent year over year growth.

With seven offices in Canada and the United States, West Monroe Partners works with local and national clients that are looking to make significant improvement in their performance. In 2010, the firm initiated a global alliance with BearingPoint in Europe, providing its consultants additional opportunities to work with international colleagues and multinational clients.
