Everyone talks about “managing change”, but high performance organizations see change as positive and a means to realize new opportunities, win customers and beat competition. Change Management can mean the difference between a successful transformation and an implementation that struggles with adoption and benefit realization. The key is to create a strategy that goes beyond defining a business case and ensuring readiness for change – one that drives to adoption of new tools and processes and ensures realization of desired outcomes.
This workshop will explore the role of change management in not only readiness and integration – but in driving sustainable results and organizational value. Approaches and practical methods will be shared and reinforced through case studies and examples from audience participation. Participants will also work in small groups to discuss how these concepts can be applied in their own current or upcoming change initiatives.
