Robert W. Galvin Center for Electricity Innovation will host to the second annual Great Lakes Symposium on Smart Grid and the New Energy Economy on the Illinois Institute of Technology’s campus in Chicago.

The Symposium is a one-of-a-kind event that breaks new ground in smart grid design and development and showcases smart grid best practices from around the country along with new technologies and ideas that are spurring innovation, growing state economies, reducing emissions and empowering consumers to conserve and save.

West Monroe's David Tilson, Will McNamara, Mike Manske, Jett Tackbary and Jeff Smith will be among those presenting at the symposium. They will be speaking on a number of smart grid related topics including Smart Grid Cyber Security and Data Management, Solar Energy Integration, and Smart Grid Policy, Regulation and Customer Engagement.
