A large medical association sought to become a digital workplace. Our “DEEPEN” approach provided an “outside in” viewpoint that has guided development based on the needs and expectations of association employees. The result has already had an impact on employee engagement.

A non-profit association that supports the healthcare industry wanted to improve collaboration, connectedness, and efficiency. As it grew, the association found it more difficult to engage employees in its strategy, to provide access to timely and relevant business information and resources, and to enable employees to collaborate and connect with colleagues. To address these challenges and provide a cornerstone for its broader enterprise digital strategy, the association committed to transforming itself into a true digital workplace using elements of human centered design.
