The ideal candidates will have 4-7 years of hands-on professional development work experience. Specific skills and competencies important to these positions include:
• Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration and custom object-oriented design and development
• Deep software engineering skills and experience with one or both of the following core competencies:
o .NET framework 3.5/4.0 (ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, and ADO.NET)
o Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server 2008
o Experience with web services (SOAP/XML, etc.) is a plus
o Experience with Web development mark-up and scripting languages such as HTML, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, cascading style sheets (CSS)
o A desire to work with the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies (Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server 2008, object relational (O/R) mapping (NHibernate), NUnit, CruiseControl.NET, and Agile Methodologies)
• Solid demonstrated work experience with web-based and/or client-server development
• Understanding that he/she will be responsible for design as well as development work
• Demonstrated experience managing technical engagements including proposal development, estimation, and day-to-day project management experience (time tracking, budgeting, status reporting, etc.)
• Experience working within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment
• Ability to lead and mentor other team members or developers while leading projects
• Experience with SharePoint, Great Plains, MS-CRM, and/or SalesForce.com a major plus
• BS / Computer Science, MIS or equivalent required
• Excellent leadership, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
